Sexual Battery (Rape)

An act by which the perpetrator’s sexual organ, finger, hand or any object penetrates or has union with the anus, vagina or mouth of the victim.

Union means contact.

It requires a lack of consent on the part of the victim. Minors (under 18) cannot consent to any sex act.
